  • JAMB Admission Letter and Result Slip (Freshers)
  • Student ID Card and Academic Transcript (Continuing Students)

Declarations:

  • Disclosure of existing scholarship or bursary support
  • Declaration of prior applications to the Foundation

4. How We Use Your Personal Data

We use the personal data collected from scholarship applicants for the following purposes:

  • To process and assess your scholarship application
  • To verify your eligibility against the Foundation’s criteria

Your application data and supporting documents are stored securely using Zoho WorkDrive and Zoho Sheet, both of which are cloud-based services operated by Zoho Corporation. Zoho is compliant with international data protection standards.

Access to your personal data is restricted to authorised Foundation administrators only. All staff with access to applicant data are required to maintain confidentiality.

7. How Long We Retain Your Data

We retain application data for a period of five years from the date of submission. After this period, application records and supporting documents are securely deleted.

Recipients of the scholarship may have their data retained for a longer period as part of the Foundation’s programme records, in line with our legal and regulatory obligations.

Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:
